PORTFOLIO
Throughout college, I participated in numerous music industry internships- from management to venue operations to journalism. Some of the most monumental moments in my industry career thus far came from All Country News. My mentor taught me brand voicing, marketing to aide the articles, how to craft music reviews and reports.
Starting this website freshman year of high school has opened some amazing doors and I am so blessed for the companies that have allowed me to learn from the best in Nashville.
My mission statement in the music industry has been to highlight women- ranging from the chart toppers to independent music artists. This article granted me the creative freedom to spotlight the importance of both.
One of my first professional articles being a report on Toby Keith's passing was such a huge honor. Elaborating on a country music legend's legacy was so surreal.
This was my first ever article for ACN. It was a collaboration with my mentor and it was pivotal in learning how to use brand voices! Digging deep into Sam's lyricism and style taught me so much on my inaugural review. It also ended up being in his press release, which is such a milestone!
